The Queens Award winning MAXXflo range of Commercial Condensing Water Heaters from Andrews offers a revolutionary concept in self contained, storage water heating for commercial applications. Featuring stainless steel tanks, these high efficiency water heaters incorporate a fully modulating burner function to provide maximum performance combined with economic running costs. Heat input and water flow is carefully regulated to produce a closely controlled water temperature and our design principle affords protection against Legionella bacteria. Virtually instantaneous hot water is available since the heat exchanger(s) is sited externally to the storage tank.

Features

• The Maxx-Flo Range of Condensing Water Heaters have a Stainless Steel Tank with External Heat Exchanger and are fitted with Fully Automatic Electronic Control with BEMS as standard. The heaters MUST be installed with an Unvented Water Kit which is supplied with each unit. The Water Heaters can be fitted with Concentric Flue for Room Sealed applications or Conventional Condensing Spec Flue if the boiler house is ventilated. ECA & WRAS approved.
